The Toronto Cupcake Expo
The Toronto Cupcake Expo is a fictitious event which I fondly wish existed. The expo is geared towards serious bakers as well as those serious about eating cupcakes. Major draws include cupcake celebrities such as Marla Stewpart and "The Iron Cupcake" baking contest.
The three day event features a market, children's baking area, and live demonstations. There are also paid classes where attendees can learn first hand from their favourite cupcake celebrities.

My Rationale
I made a light-hearted, bright and fun page. The scrolling site is easy to navigate through and features colourful icons which can be used on event signage and print collateral. The badge-style logo can be easily applied to clothing and merchandise.
